Publication Opportunities

At ICTR-2025, we offer two publication options tailored to meet the diverse academic goals of our participants.

1. Conference Associated Peer-Reviewed Journals

All registered and presented articles will be published in conference-associated peer-reviewed journals.

Publication is included in the conference registration fee.
These journals follow a standard peer-review process and are suitable for authors seeking academic recognition through conference-affiliated publications.

2. Scopus and Web of Science Indexed Journals

For authors aiming for wider academic visibility, we offer the option to publish in Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals.

This option involves additional publication charges, which are not included in the conference registration fee.
Charges range from INR 30,000 to INR 50,000, depending on the journal, and cover:
- Up to 5 authors per article
- A paper length of up to 8 pages
The publication process takes approximately 2–4 weeks after the conference.

Call for Papers

We invite researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to submit their original, unpublished research papers. Papers must align with the conference themes and demonstrate high-quality contributions.

Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts must adhere to the ICTR-2025 Paper Template (Download Template here).
Papers should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
Abstract should be a minimum of 200 words.

Formatting Requirements:

Margins: Top (0.7cm), Bottom (0.7cm), Left (0.65cm), Right (0.65cm).
Font: Times New Roman, 12pt (Title: 24pt, Bold; Abstract: 9pt, Justified).
Figures & Tables: Properly labeled and positioned within the text.
Equations: Use Microsoft Equation Editor or MathType.
Citations: Numbered citations in square brackets [1].

Submission Process

Review Stage: Submit your manuscript via email to ictr.editor@gmail.com.
Final Submission: Accepted papers must be formatted in a single-column layout as per the template.
Authors of accepted manuscripts must submit the copyright and registration forms before the final deadline.

Publication & Indexing

All accepted and registered papers will be published in peer-reviewed journals and indexed in Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and other open-access databases.
