Predictors of Occupational Stress, Attitude towards CCE of Primary School Teachers
Abstract
Globalization has made a tremendous impact on all spheres of life and education is no exception. The growing demand for globalization raises a lot of changes in education on the quality of education. To meet these growing demands a lot of changes are being made in the field of education and one such change is evaluation. The main objective of the present study is to find out the predictors of Attitude towards CCE and occupational stress of Primary school teachers. Teachers' attitude Scale, Occupational stress scale was adopted. A sample of 800 primary school teachers representing different management and locality in Warangal District is taken for the data analysis following stratified sampling technique. The multiple regression test was employed for analysis of the data. Key words: Occupational Stress, Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation, Attitude and Primary School Teachers.
