Submissions must present original research findings—either experimental or theoretical—that have not been previously published or are not under review elsewhere. Papers must adhere to high academic and ethical standards. The conference maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and any form of academic misconduct, which will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Plagiarism and Peer Review Policy
1. Plagiarism Checks Policy

This conference enforces a strict anti-plagiarism policy to uphold academic integrity and publication ethics. Plagiarism is defined as the unauthorized use of ideas, text, images, or datasets from other sources—including the author’s own previously published works—without appropriate acknowledgment of the original source.
All submitted manuscripts are screened using Turnitin plagiarism detection software. A maximum similarity index of 20% is allowed. Authors will be asked to revise their manuscripts if the similarity score exceeds this threshold. In cases of substantial plagiarism, the manuscript will be rejected without review.

2. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the conference are subject to a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, integrity, and relevance of published research. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the review. This anonymity supports objective assessment and minimizes potential bias, ensuring that all submissions are evaluated solely on their scholarly merit.

2.1 Initial Article Evaluation

A preliminary screening is conducted by a member of the Scientific Committee to determine the manuscript’s suitability for review. Submissions may be rejected at this stage for one or more of the following reasons:

•The manuscript contains poor English language or grammar, which significantly impairs readability and understanding.
•The submission lacks originality or fails to present new and meaningful contributions to the field.
•The article exhibits a breach of academic integrity, including plagiarism or unethical research practices.
•The content of the paper does not align with the scope or focus areas of the conference.

2.2 Reviewer Assignment

Following the initial evaluation, manuscripts deemed suitable for peer review are assigned to qualified reviewers who possess expertise in the relevant subject area. Reviewers are selected from the Scientific Committee to ensure alignment between the content of the manuscript and the reviewer’s academic or professional background. This careful matching process helps ensure that each manuscript is evaluated by individuals with the necessary knowledge to provide constructive, informed, and fair assessments. All reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality and uphold the ethical standards of the review process.

2.3 Review Criteria

Reviewers evaluate each manuscript according to the following key criteria:
•Originality of the research, including clearly defined objectives and novel contributions.
•Appropriateness and clarity of the methodology.
•Accuracy and clarity in the presentation of results.
•Adherence to ethical research standards, especially in regard to plagiarism.
•Contribution to the advancement of knowledge in the respective domain.
•Overall quality of academic writing, structure, and coherence. Reviewers may also suggest improvements in language and style.

2.4 Editorial Decisions

Based on reviewers’ evaluations, the Scientific Committee will issue one of the following decisions:

•Accept without Revisions: The manuscript is approved for publication in its original form.
•Accept with Minor Revisions: The manuscript is accepted subject to minor corrections based on reviewer suggestions.
•Accept after Major Revisions: The manuscript requires significant modifications and will be reconsidered after resubmission.
Reject: The manuscript does not meet the conference’s standards and will not be considered for publication, even if revised.
