NERD Publication

NERD Publication is committed to maintaining academic integrity, transparency, and ethical publishing standards across all conferences, journals, and scholarly activities. The following rules and regulations apply to all authors, reviewers, editors, collaborators, and participants.

1. Originality and Ethical Standards

• All submissions must be original work and must not be under review or published elsewhere.

• Authors are responsible for ensuring ethical research practices, proper citations, and acknowledgment of sources.

• Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or unethical authorship practices are strictly prohibited.

• Submissions may be screened using plagiarism detection tools.

2. Authorship and Responsibility

• All listed authors must have significantly contributed to the research work.

• The corresponding author is responsible for communication, submission accuracy, and approval from all co-authors.

• Changes to authorship after submission require written consent from all authors and editorial approval.

3. Submission and Review Process

• Manuscripts must follow the submission guidelines and formatting requirements specified by NERD Publication.

• All submissions undergo an editorial screening and peer-review process.

• Editorial decisions (acceptance, revision, or rejection) are final and based on academic merit, relevance, and review outcomes.

4. Conference Participation and Presentation

• Acceptance of a paper does not guarantee publication unless presentation and registration requirements are fulfilled.

• At least one author must present the accepted paper, either in-person or virtually, as per conference guidelines.

• Presentation time limits must be strictly followed.

5. Registration and Fees

• Conference registration fees are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances approved by the organizers.

• Registration covers participation, presentation, proceedings publication, and related conference services as specified.

• Authors are responsible for any additional costs related to travel, accommodation, or internet connectivity.

6. Publication and Copyright

• Accepted and presented papers are published in conference proceedings or journals, as applicable.

• Authors retain the right to use their published work for academic and non-commercial purposes with proper citation.

• NERD Publication reserves the right to archive, host, and disseminate published content digitally.

7. Revisions, Corrections, and Withdrawal

• Authors must submit revised manuscripts within the specified deadlines.

• Post-publication corrections may be made only for genuine errors and with editorial approval.

• Withdrawal requests after acceptance or registration may be subject to administrative charges.

8. Code of Conduct

• All participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior during conferences and communications.

• Disruptive, abusive, or unethical conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

9. Communication and Official Updates

• Official communication will be conducted via registered email addresses and the NERD Publication website.

• Authors and participants are responsible for regularly checking updates, schedules, and announcements
