Submission Guidelines

NERD Publication invites researchers, academicians, industry professionals, innovators, and doctoral scholars to submit original research contributions to its international conferences.

Submissions are accepted in the form of extended abstracts, short papers, or full manuscripts, covering a broad range of disciplines including computing, engineering, technology, applied sciences, management, social sciences, and emerging interdisciplinary and application-oriented domains.

NERD Publication provides a global academic platform for presenting innovative research, sharing knowledge, and engaging in meaningful interdisciplinary discussions.

Subject Line: Paper Submission – Conference Title

Each submission must include:

• Title of the Paper

• Author(s) Name and Affiliation

• Corresponding Author Email

• Keywords (4–6)

Formatting Requirements

• Abstract: 250–300 words

• Full Paper: 2,500–6,000 words

• Language: English

• File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx)

All manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.

Presentation Guidelines

• Accepted papers may be presented by one or more authors

• All presenting authors, whether in-person or virtual, must complete registration

• In-person Oral Presentation: Up to 15 minutes

• Virtual Oral Presentation: Up to 10 minutes

• Poster Presentation: Available for applicable conferences

Review Process & Publication

• All submissions undergo a peer-review process conducted by Technical and Scientific Committees

• Accepted papers are published in the official conference proceedings

• Proceedings carry ISBN and ISSN and are permanently archived on the NERD Publication platform

• Publications are indexed in Google Scholar, ensuring global visibility and discoverability

Conference Mode

NERD Publication conferences are conducted in Hybrid Mode, allowing authors to present:

• In person at the conference venue, or

• Live online through a virtual conferencing platform

All presentations are delivered live to ensure real-time interaction and active engagement.
