Paper Submission Guideline 

1.Paper Formatting:

All submissions must be in English and formatted according to the conference template or guidelines.

Papers should be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format.

Ensure that the paper follows the specified font size, type, line spacing, and margins.

2.Paper Length:

Papers should be of appropriate length, typically between 4 to 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references.

Papers exceeding the specified page limit may be subject to extra charges or rejection.

3.Title and Authors:

The title should be concise, descriptive, and accurately reflect the content of the paper. Author names and affiliations should be clearly mentioned, with corresponding author contact details provided.

4.Abstract and Keywords:

Include an abstract of 150 to 250 words summarizing the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the paper. Provide 3 to 5 keywords that represent the main topics or themes of the paper.

5.Originality and Plagiarism:

Submissions must be original work not previously published or under review elsewhere. Properly cite and reference any previously published work or ideas used in the paper to avoid plagiarism.

6.Paper Content:

Clearly articulate the research problem, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. Use clear and concise language, and ensure logical flow and organization of content. Include appropriate figures, tables, and references to support the findings and analysis.

7.Submission Process:

Papers should be submitted electronically through the conference submission system or email address provided.

8.Review Process:

Submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process by experts in the field. Authors will be notified of the review outcome, including any required revisions or acceptance/rejection decisions.
