Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers prepared according to the following instructions.

Required Details
Include the following information in your submission:

• Title of the paper

• Author(s) name and affiliation

• Corresponding author email

• 4–6 keywords

File Format

• Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx)

• Language: English

Paper Requirements

• Abstract: 250–300 words

• Full paper: 2,500–6,000 words

• Manuscript must be original and not under review elsewhere

• Plagiarism must be within acceptable academic limits

Recommended Paper Structure

• Introduction

• Methodology / Approach

• Results and Discussion

• Conclusion

• References (APA or IEEE format preferred)

Types of Submissions Accepted

• Extended abstract

• Short paper

• Full-length paper

Review Process
All submissions will be reviewed by the Technical and Scientific Committees based on originality, relevance, quality, and clarity.

Publication Eligibility
Accepted and registered papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN and DOI.
All registered papers will also be published in peer-reviewed international journals (publication fees may not apply).
