 Submit Paper

We invite researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to submit their original, unpublished research papers for consideration. This online conference will take place on April 4-5, 2025, providing a global platform to discuss groundbreaking ideas and foster academic collaboration across various disciplines.

Submission Process

1. Review Stage: Submit your manuscript via email to icmrd.editor@gmail.com.
2. Final Submission: Accepted papers must be formatted according to the provided template.
3. Authors of accepted manuscripts must submit the copyright and registration forms before the final deadline.

Submission Guidelines

• Manuscript Format:
  • Follow the ICMRD-2025 Paper Template
  • Submit papers in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
  • The abstract must be a minimum of 200 words.
• Formatting Specifications:
  • Margins: Top (0.7cm), Bottom (0.7cm), Left (0.65cm), Right (0.65cm)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12pt (Title: 24pt, Bold; Abstract: 9pt, Justified)
  • Figures & Tables: Properly labeled and placed within the text.
  • Equations: Use Microsoft Equation Editor or MathType.
  • Citations: Numbered citations in square brackets [1].

Important Dates

Accepted Works

All papers accepted as full papers will be included in the conference proceedings and will be published and indexed in major open-access databases such as Google Scholar and ResearchGate. Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit the copyright transfer and registration forms before the final submission deadline.

Publication & Indexing

All accepted and registered papers will be published in peer-reviewed journals and indexed in Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and other academic databases.

• Publication Fee:
  • Indian Authors: Rs. 2000/- (Includes e-certificates and journal publication)
  • Foreign Authors: $60
  • Listeners: Rs. 400/- / $20

If you wish to receive a hard copy certificate, an additional fee of Rs. 500/- will apply.
