REGISTRATION & PUBLICATION FEE:(Before 15th March 2025)
• Indian Authors: Rs. 2500/-
• Foreign Authors: $80
• Listeners: Rs. 600/ $40

Late REGISTRATION & PUBLICATION FEE:(Up to 20 March 2025)
• Indian Authors: Rs. 3000/-
• Foreign Authors: $100
• Listeners: Rs. 1000 / $60

Upon registration, you will receive:

• E-certificate for all authors
• E-copy of the Conference Proceedings
• Journal Publication

Additional Fees: If you wish to receive a hard copy certificate, an additional fee of Rs. 500/- will apply (this includes the e-certificate and journal publication).

Important Notes:

• Fees are applied for every accepted paper.
• Only upon registration will you be allowed to present the paper.
• All registration fees are non-refundable.

By submitting the registration payment, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Registration is only confirmed upon full payment of the fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance.
• Registration is non-transferable without prior approval from the organizing committee.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule or format if required.
