Submission Guidelines

Papers are invited for the ICMRD Conference on topics within the conference’s scope. All submissions must be high-quality, original contributions that have not been previously published or intended for publication elsewhere.

Full papers should be complete, well-structured academic articles. Authors may submit research in the following categories:

Submissions may include academic research papers at various stages of development, such as project reports, seminar papers, survey studies, and research findings. Authors should follow the provided paper template for proper formatting and structure.

All submissions will undergo a review process conducted by the Scientific and Program Committee. Depending on their quality and attributes, selected authors may be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for journal publication.

Review and Publication Process

• Short and Full Papers will be double-blind reviewed by the Scientific and Program Committee. Accepted and presented papers will be published in a recognized open-access journal and indexed in relevant databases such as Google Scholar, Research Gate, Academia etc

Submission Guidelines

• Manuscripts must adhere to the ICMRD-2025 Paper Template (Download Template here).
• Papers should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
• Abstract should be a minimum of 200 words
• Formatting: Margins: Top (0.7cm), Bottom (0.7cm), Left (0.65cm), Right (0.65cm).  Font: Times New Roman, 12pt (Title: 24pt, Bold; Abstract: 9pt, Justified).
• Figures & Tables: Properly labelled and positioned within the text.
• Equations: Use Microsoft Equation Editor or MathType.
• Citations: Numbered citations in square brackets [1].

Submission Process

• Review Stage: Submit your abstract via email to icmrd.editor@gmail.com.
• Final Submission: Accepted papers must be formatted in a single-column layout as per the template. Authors of accepted manuscripts must submit the copyright and registration forms before the final deadline.

Inclusive Language Policy

Submissions should use inclusive language that respects diversity and promotes equal opportunities. Authors should ensure that content avoids bias and stereotypes related to age, gender, race, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, disability, or health conditions. Gender neutrality is encouraged, using plural nouns where possible.

Copyright Policy

The copyright process is automated, and authors will receive the necessary forms during production. Any copyright-related inquiries can be directed to icmrd.editor@gmail.com.

Submission Conditions

• All oral and poster papers must be presented by one of the authors.
• Authors must register for the conference and pay the required fee upon acceptance.
• By submitting a paper, authors agree to the ICMRD Conference Terms and Conditions.
